The Women's Panel Basic includes the following tests: CBC, CMP, Lipid Panel, Thyroid screen, Urinalysis.
This test requires blood and urine samples.
Preparation: Fasting is recommended 12 hours before the test.
CBC Test or Complete Blood Count With Differential is a test used to measure blood abnormalities, it is one of the most common tests used to monitor overall health status.
CBC measures certain blood cells such as Red Blood Cells, White Blood Cells, and Platelets and seeks to explain a variety of conditions and/or diseases such as Anemia, Leukemia, and infections -among others- and check symptoms such as fatigue, weakness or bruising.
CMP Test or Comprehensive Metabolic Panel Blood Test is an initial broad screening tool used to evaluate organ function and electrolyte balance, it also aids in the determination of certain conditions such as diabetes, liver disease and kidney disease or for monitoring treatments related to liver and kidney.
CMP is usually ordered as part of a routine health check.
The CMP or Chem-14 includes tests for:

Lipid Panel Test measures fats and fatty substances which are used by your body as a source of energy. Lipids include cholesterol, triglycerides, high-density lipoprotein (HDL) and low-density lipoprotein (LDL). Lipids are found in your blood and stored in tissues.
